Anna of Tyrol (Innsbruck, 4 October 1585 – 14 Dec 1618, Vienna) was the wife of Matthias, Holy Roman Emperor. By this marriage she was Holy Roman Empress, German Queen, Queen of Bohemia and Queen of Hungary.〔(Mattias entry, ''Encyclopædia Britannica'' online )〕 Her parents were Ferdinand II, Archduke of Austria and Anne Juliana Gonzaga.
